Quadloop policy document

These Terms govern your use of the Quadloop website and purchases made through it. They should be read with our Privacy, Cookie, Shipping, and Refund Policies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may need to verify payment, stock, delivery details, and fraud or legal-compliance concerns before accepting it. A contract is formed when we confirm that payment has been received and accept the order for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is an evident pricing, availability, payment, address, fraud, sanctions, or legal error; if we cancel after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Prices and payment
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Prices, delivery charges, and the total payable are shown at checkout in NGN unless we clearly state otherwise. Checkout is currently processed by Paystack. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or exchange-rate treatment. We do not store full card details.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly at hello@quadloop.africa if you want to cancel before dispatch. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and disclose any reasonable, lawful cancellation charge before applying it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Delivery regions, charges, and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please inspect products on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrect, or not as described.
Product use and safety
Use products only in accordance with the product instructions, safety information, and applicable electrical requirements. Do not modify, open, misuse, or use a product with damaged cables, batteries, chargers, or enclosures. Where a product includes a warranty, its written warranty terms apply in addition to rights available under law.
International orders
Availability outside Nigeria is subject to delivery capability and confirmation at checkout. Unless we state otherwise, the customer is responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, customs requirements, and local compliance obligations. We will not make misleading claims about availability, delivery, specifications, or pricing.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse checkout or order-tracking functions, or scrape protected data. Our branding, content, images, and software are owned by or licensed to Quadloop and may not be used without permission except as permitted by law.
Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadloop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, third-party service interruption, customs delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Please raise concerns with us first; unresolved consumer complaints may also be referred to the appropriate regulator or legal forum. These Terms are governed by Nigerian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.
